Concrete tiles made of natural cement
We manufacture concrete tiles in three different sizes: 15×15, 20×20 and 10×20 centimetres. All of them with a thickness of 13 millimetres.
They are made from a special mixture of various stones. This results in straight and fine edges with a very natural look.
The designs are minimalist. They are therefore integrated with the concept of concrete as part of an urban style.
Our tiles are made of mass concrete, so no two are alike. This allows us to create floor and wall coverings with a natural character.
Cement and concrete
Cement is a versatile material, which is why it is so widely used in architecture. It stands out for its naturalness and resistance, so you can combine cement with many natural materials such as stone, wood or metal.
Cement mixed with various stones and water forms concrete. Concrete is a living material that evolves over time, changing its shine and texture.
To manufacture our tiles, we have developed a concrete that shows the natural beauty of cement. Thanks to a balanced mix of stone and cement, we achieve a natural look and high strength.
Due to the natural hardening process, each tile has an individual appearance. After pressing, the irregular evaporation of water gives our tiles their strength and natural colours, which is why the cement looks different on each tile.
Sustainable concrete tiles
At Dgeum we manufacture our tiles in a sustainable way by pressing our tiles and hardening them at room temperature for 28 days. In this way, our tiles harden naturally, without firing or emissions.
All our floor and wall coverings are made of cement. That's why we offer the possibility to customise the colour of the designs to blend in with the grout. In this way, we can combine joints and patterns with cement colours to create uniformly coloured surfaces.
To customise the designs, it is possible to choose colours from the Kerakoll gasket colour chart, specifically from the Fugabella Color range.
