Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Our products with custom configurations cannot be returned.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within a specified number of days.

Articles on offer

Only regular priced items will be refunded. Items on offer cannot be returned. We only exchange items if they are faulty or damaged. To return your product, you must send it by post to: DGEUM COLLECTION Pol. Ind. La Mina, num 1, 12520 Nules (Castellón) SPAIN.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Customised products

Personalised or customised products according to Law 3/2014, of 27 March (article 103) amending the LOCM art. 45 the Consumer's Right of Withdrawal and Return shall not be applicable in this case.

If you purchase an item according to your specifications or clearly personalised (choice of cement base and design colour), once it has been manufactured, even if it has not been delivered to you, you cannot withdraw from the purchase contract.

Most of our products are handmade and made to order.

Due to the natural characteristics of our pieces, there may be slight variations in the shade of the cement and the colours of the designs.

As it is a handmade product, small natural imperfections may also appear, but these are not grounds for complaint.
