Our shipping rates are based on the weight of the order and the delivery address, they are calculated at the time of ordering.

Delivery zones

We ship to Spain, France and Germany and United Kingdom.

Delivery times

The delivery time varies depending on the preparation of the order and its destination.

The preparation of the order varies between 7 and 14 days.

Shipping varies between 3 and 7 days.

In normal conditions an order will be delivered between 10 and 21 days.

Stock

In some cases, if a certain product is out of stock, our staff will contact you to inform you of the delivery time once the product is available again.

Conditions

Our pieces are packed in boxes and the boxes are placed on pallets.

The pallets are left on the ground at street level by means of an unloading platform.

Delivery inside the home is not included.

Returns

Some of our products are made to order, so we will not accept returns of products made specifically for a particular order.
