All our products are partly handmade and have a new style. Consequently, we can create unique kitchen floor tiles for decoration.
Our products rely heavily on cement as their main material due to its hardness and resistance.
GENUINE MATERIAL
Indoor and outdoor floor tiles
We manufacture pieces for use on the floors and walls of kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, terraces, and other architectural spaces.

HOW TO
How do we manufacture our tile?
Cement has the particularity of changing its tone as it dries; thus, pieces achieve a natural effect that makes them unique for interior decoration.
We could say that our floors and walls improve with the passage of time. Cement has a setting time of 100 years and thus is a living material.
To help you understand our product, we will explain how we manufacture it.
The manufacturing process involves several phases.
PRODUCTION
Pressing phase
- We prepare and mix a composition based on various stones and cement.
- Once we obtain a homogeneous mixture, we add water until we obtain the optimum percentage of humidity for pressing.
- We make the pieces using a process of high pressure; we have three moulds available: 15×15, 20×20, and 10×20 centimetres.
- The freshly pressed pieces are compacted, but the cement has not yet given them their strength; we handle them carefully and store them in waggons for 28 days.
- At room temperature, the cement hardens and acquires its final strength. All this is due to the evaporation of water from the interior of the pieces.
CREATIVE
Design phase and finishing process
- In the printing line, we use inks that penetrate inside of the pieces. This is an innovative effect.
- We place the pieces in waggons for 24 hours with the finished designs. Cement has a high absorption. That’s our product’s key. But this is a drawback; we need to protect the cement surface.
- The pieces pass to the finishing line. And then, we apply a high-resistance, matte acrylic protective coating. Hence, we protect the pieces from the inside.
- The protection will harden in another 24 hours. Then, the pieces are passed to the sorting tables. An orbital machine is applied piece by piece to achieve a polished concrete effect.
- Finally, we placed the pieces in boxes, which we then put on pallets. Our products are ready for shipment.

Materials and design
Cement floors and walls that stand out for their natural appearance and textures. And thus, the versatility of cement allows us to create different styles of designs.
We print the designs onto the cement. Therefore, cement absorbs the ink that seeps into it, and this results in a natural-looking surface.
Each wall covering collection provides an infinite number of creative options. It is possible to configure each tile. You can select various options. Hence, you can create your own bathroom tiles and kitchen tiles.
- To begin with, choose the format.
- Then choose a cement base.
- And finally, you can choose the design’s ink.
All collections have complementary pieces: borders and corners. For this reason, it is possible to decorate environments with highly detailed finishes.
Tile collections
Concrete tile: The edges are straight and come directly from pressing. Concrete, a fundamental material in urban architecture, is, in addition, the inspiration behind our products.
Decorative tile: Pieces hand-aged. With traditional decorations. You can choose the ink’s design. Therefore, we obtain a timeless style and a very different look.
Hexagonal tile: The hexagon is a geometric figure ideal for decoration. In addition, the cement accentuates its organic quality, leaving a random appearance.
Outdoor tile: We manufacture cement pavers with low thickness, non-slip properties, and high resistance. They have two different edge finishes: straight edges or bevelled edges.
Installation
We make a product with a special protective treatment. The protection is from the inside of the cement, and thus, no treatment is necessary after installation.
Our product combines perfectly with the joint cement. Thus, many combinations are possible. We recommend Kerakoll joint cement, as they have similar tones to our pieces.
Its installation is similar to that of terracotta or natural stone. Consult the installation rules for more technical details.
