FAQs about features and dimensions

Where can you install our tiles?

We make tiles suitable for floors and walls in any interior and exterior decoration space. Kitchens. Bathrooms. Living rooms. Terraces. And more.

What are the formats of our tiles?

Our tiles are available in three sizes: 15×15, 20×20, and 10×20 centimetres. We also have a hexagonal format: 17.5×20 centimetres.

How thick are the tiles?

The thickness is 13 millimetres except for the outdoor tiles, which are 18 millimetres.

Is it necessary to treat the tiles?

No, our tiles have a strong acrylic coating and do not require treatment. This does not apply to outdoor tiles. For outdoor tiles, you also do not need to treat them when you place them outdoors. However, if you wish, you can treat them with Fila ECO.

Does cement need special care?

Cement in general has a high absorption and needs some care, but in the case of our cement tiles, as they have a protective treatment, special care is not required for them.

FAQs about orders and installation

What joints should I use?

We recommend that you use 1.5 millimetres. In the case of outdoor tiles, you can lay them without joints.

What type of cement adhesive should I use?

With a standard adhesive type C2, it is perfect for a good grip.

Can tiles be laid on underfloor heating?

Yes, the cement and stone that make up our tiles have a good thermal conductivity, and this is ideal for underfloor heating.

What quantities are supplied and how do you send me the tiles?

Orders are per square metre. We round them up to full boxes. We ship the orders to street level via a lorry with an unloading platform.

Can I return an order?

No, we make our tiles to order. Delivery time of approximately three weeks. But you can buy a sample to be sure of your choice of cement and colours.
