Features, formats, installation and orders

Where can our tiles be installed?

Our tiles are suitable for both floors and walls, for interior and exterior decorative applications—kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, terraces and more.

What formats are available?

Our tiles are available in three sizes: 15×15, 20×20 and 10×20 cm. We also offer a hexagonal format: 17.5×20 cm.

What is the thickness of the tiles?

The standard thickness is 13 mm, except for outdoor tiles, which are 18 mm thick.

Do the tiles require any treatment?

No, we protect our tiles with a durable acrylic coating, so they do not require additional treatment. This does not apply to outdoor tiles. You do not need to treat the tiles for outdoor use, although you can optionally apply a product (e.g., Fila ECO) if you prefer.

Does cement require special care?

Cement is naturally absorbent and generally requires some care. However, thanks to our protective treatment, our tiles do not require any special maintenance.

What type of adhesive should I use?

A standard C2 adhesive is ideal to ensure proper bonding.

What joint spacing is recommended?

We recommend a joint width of 1.5 mm. For outdoor tiles, you can also install them without joints if you prefer.

Can tiles be installed over underfloor heating?

Yes, the cement and stone composition of our tiles offers good thermal conductivity, making them suitable for underfloor heating systems.

In what quantities are tiles supplied and how are they delivered?

We sell our tiles by the square metre and deliver them kerbside via a lorry equipped with a tail lift.

Can I return an order?

No, we make our tiles to order. However, you can purchase a sample beforehand to confirm your choice of cement base and colours.
