Our pieces feature a high-end acrylic protection layer that seals the pores and facilitates daily cleaning, reducing surface absorption and helping to preserve the natural appearance of the material.
Cement develops its strength during the curing process. Once this process is complete, the factory-applied protection helps preserve the surface and facilitates maintenance, while keeping the subtle variations inherent to the material visible.

Duna collection
Our tiles harden through a natural curing process in which the cement consolidates its strength and organically develops its final tone. This slow-evolution process creates a matte surface with its own visual identity, different from conventional ceramic finishes.
Why choose our bathroom tiles?
Unlike synthetic materials, our pieces retain the natural expression of the material. We see the natural curing process as a value for those seeking the authenticity of raw materials, with subtle variations that give each piece its own character.
Handmade pieces that make a difference. Each piece is finished by hand to refine its edges as part of our manufacturing process. The pressing stage is fundamental to the strength and aesthetics of our bathroom tiles. This process follows three main stages:
- Preparation: A homogeneous mixture of aggregates to which we add white, grey or black cement and water until reaching the optimum moisture level for pressing.
- Pressing: The tiles are pressed in special moulds measuring 15×15, 10×20 or 20×20 cm. Although freshly pressed pieces are compacted, the cement has not yet developed its strength.
- Curing: The pieces rest for 28 days to complete their hardening without requiring kiln firing, avoiding the firing stage used for other ceramic materials and progressively developing their strength.
- Finishing: Once the tiles have reached their strength, they undergo digital printing and hand finishing, where each piece is checked and the protective treatment and final matt polishing are applied.
