CEMENT TILES AND CONCRETE TILES

Concrete floors and walls are a concept usually used in decoration

Concrete is a mixture of stone and cement. In its finest composition, it is called microcement. Microcement has a natural look and is a popular building material in architecture due to its organic textures.

Cement tiles have a decorative aesthetic. Thus, we focus on producing concrete floors and concrete walls with cement tiles.

MICROCEMENT

Cement walls and floors with random textures

Microcement, by definition, is a mixture of various aggregates and cement in a fine composition. Applying it as a slurry is the typical way to achieve a uniform surface that looks like cement.

We have made a microcement composition that we press instead of grout. This is how we create our tiles.

The pieces still harden with cement, but the pressing process makes them more compact and resistant.

Thus, our tiles are available in three sizes: 15×15, 20×20, and 10×20 centimetres. The thickness is 13 millimetres.

CONCRETE WALLS AND FLOORS

Polished concrete tiles

The process of manufacturing our pieces involves a unique mixture of cement and various stones; consequently, it produces straight and thin edges with a very natural appearance.

To make our tiles, we first press them and then leave them at room temperature for 28 days. Therefore, our tiles harden naturally, without firing or emissions.

We protect our tiles from the inside and thus achieve microcement floors with a polished concrete appearance and perfect surface protection.

Our pieces are a sustainable alternative to porcelain tiles.

Polished cement tiles

We hand polish piece by piece to obtain a real polished cement finish.

All of our concrete tiles are distinct due to their natural shades. Thanks to this, we can create floor and wall tiles with a markedly natural character.

The process of hardening naturally causes each tile to acquire its own unique appearance. The cause of this is the irregular evaporation of water.

In the final finishing process, once the acrylic protection has hardened, we polish the pieces one by one using an orbital machine. A very characteristic shine with nuances left by this type of finish allows the natural effect of polished cement.

RAW MATERIAL

Ideal choice for combining raw materials

Concrete is a versatile material; hence, its use in architecture is widespread. You can combine cement with many natural materials such as stone, wood, or metal. Thus, you can create concrete walls with a marked natural aesthetic.

For all these reasons, cement textures and finishes have always been the subject of imitation ceramic or porcelain tiles.

A living material that changes over time!

Cement mixed with various stones and water forms concrete. Concrete is a living material that evolves with time; thus, its gloss and texture change over the years.

To manufacture our concrete walls and floors, we have developed a polished cement that shows the natural beauty of concrete. Thanks to a balanced mix of stone and cement, we achieve a natural look and high strength.

Thanks to a balanced mixture of stone and cement, we achieve its natural appearance and a resistance suitable for both floors and walls.
