Outdoor tiles: Non-slip and durable 18 mm thickness

Our outdoor tiles are designed as a high-performance, non-slip flooring solution. These 18 mm slim-profile pieces are ideal for terraces, gardens, or high-traffic areas, offering a durable and sustainable solution tailored for demanding outdoor environments with a contemporary aesthetic.

Non-slip outdoor flooring in slim-profile

In a world where durability and environmental respect are increasingly vital, we have developed a new generation of outdoor tiles in a technical format. Our outdoor flooring solutions not only add aesthetic value but also meet the highest technical standards for durability and outdoor performance.

We use natural raw materials to manufacture our outdoor tiles. A blend of cement, quartz, silica, stone, and water is used to create a truly original product. These components guarantee a durability capable of withstanding the most severe weather conditions. Furthermore, our manufacturing processes are eco-friendly, promoting sustainability in every tile we produce.

From outdoors to indoor as exposed concrete tile

These outdoor tiles combine the best of design and engineering to offer a durable solution for a wide variety of outdoor applications. As such, thanks to their reduced thickness, they are ideal for renovation projects where keeping floor height to a minimum is essential, making installation easier on terraces, gardens, and patios. Developed as a technical non-slip outdoor flooring system, it meets the demands of professional projects where durability and safety are paramount.

Their mineral aesthetic transcends function to become a design resource for interior projects seeking concrete tiles in their most authentic state. This is RAW: matter in its purest form. With this decorative approach, our range of natural pigments is inspired by mineral elements to create an atmosphere that blends with the environment: sand beige, stone grey, terracotta red, and graphite black.

Matter + Pigment

Single-layer tile

The material is defined by its composition of silica and quartz, which naturally make these tiles C3-rated non-slip pieces. Silica provides unique hardness and texture properties that, combined with cement, create a surface unlike any other material. The tiles are available with two different edge finishes: straight edges or bevelled edges. Both finishes can be installed with or without joints and support various patterns: herringbone, linear, offset, or staggered.

The colour range is created by mixing single-layer concrete with natural oxide pigments. These pigments not only provide a vibrant finish but also guarantee durability and resistance to fading over time.

Outdoor tiles: Residential and commercial projects

Our non-slip tiles are the perfect solution for gardens, terraces, or pool areas. Their high resistance and C3 non-slip properties make them ideal for high-moisture environments. Contact with water highlights the natural nuances of each piece, creating a beautiful effect of organic textures.

These tiles provide the perfect solution for gardens, terraces, or pool surrounds. Installing them over a level subfloor ensures they withstand heavy loads, creating a high-performance solution for high-traffic areas. Ultimately, they offer an original design-led choice for a wide variety of outdoor decorative applications.

Indoor tiles: Exposed concrete tile in RAW

Authentic material tiles ideal for interior design projects. The nature of their composition and the emergence of random tones give each piece a special and unique character.

For these applications, where a silkier touch is desired without losing the essence of concrete, we offer the possibility of applying a high-resistance matte acrylic protection to the tiles. This treatment invisibly seals the pores, making maintenance easier and enhancing the chromatic depth of the material in interior spaces.

Concrete

Outdoors flooring: a comparative guide

When choosing outdoor flooring, especially for high-traffic areas, considering both durability and aesthetics is crucial. While various types of flooring are available, each presents its own set of advantages and disadvantages.

Traditional materials
  • Porcelain: Very durable, typically 2 cm thick, but they can lose some of their aesthetic appeal with intensive use.
  • Natural Stone: Offers a natural look that improves with age, but it polishes over time, losing its natural grip and becoming slippery and hazardous.
  • Wood: Provides warmth and is slip-resistant. However, installation is complex and requires constant maintenance.
  • Traditional Concrete: Standard 5 cm (or thicker) pavers are usually laid on sand. They tend to be very porous and, over time, the base can shift or deform, affecting the surface level.
Dgeum tiles
  • Low thickness and easy handling: We press them to a thickness of just 18 mm, which greatly simplifies installation and transport. A single pallet can hold up to 40 square metres, compared to just 5 square metres for traditional paving pallets.
  • High resistance: They are installed on a uniform subfloor, allowing them to withstand heavy loads and making them suitable for high-traffic areas without deforming.
  • C3 with a fine finish: We use silica sand for its natural grip, enabling us to achieve smoother textures without sacrificing safety.
  • Aesthetics that improve over time: Much like natural stone, their natural wear does not detract from their appearance—it enhances it.
  • Adaptable design: Beyond all their functional advantages, they allow for decorative patterns, offering endless design possibilities.
Technical data

Anti-slip flooring

The manufacturing process of our outdoor tiles results in a truly original product, with textures and finishes that highlight the beauty of its natural components. Furthermore, the surface has been designed to be C3-rated, providing safety in all conditions, even when wet. This makes them the perfect choice for terrace floors, pool areas, and high-traffic zones, meeting the most demanding standards for non-slip outdoor paving.

Since the pieces have a specific texture, we advise applying a protective product. Protect your tiles with Fila’s MP90 Eco Xtreme, a specialist sealer for porous surfaces. It applies easily by roller and preserves the raw, natural aesthetic of the material.

  • Indoor joints: We recommend using a grout colour similar to the tiles. The cement-based nature of both grout and tiles creates a slight surface bond. Manage this carefully during the installation to ensure a clean result.
  • Outdoor joints: The tiles can be laid without joints. Alternatively, use a dry mix of sand and cement to avoid altering the shade of the tiles.

The rest of our concrete collections come with protection as standard, eliminating the need for additional treatments. Discover our range of floor and wall tiles and explore solutions where material and technique are integrated from the start.
