Microcement floor with design

Tiles | Concrete & Cement

Cement tiles made of microcement

Microcement, by definition, is a mixture of various aggregates and cement in a fine composition. Applying it as a slurry is the typical way to achieve a uniform surface that looks like cement.

We have made a microcement composition that we press instead of grout. This is how we create our tiles.

The pieces still harden with cement, but the pressing process makes them more compact and resistant.

Thus, our tiles are available in three sizes: 15×15, 20×20, and 10×20 centimeters. All are 13 millimeters thick.

Polished cement

The process of manufacturing our pieces involves a unique mixture of cement and various stones; consequently, it produces straight and thin edges with a very natural appearance.

To make our tiles, we first press them and then leave them at room temperature for 28 days. Therefore, in this way, our tiles harden naturally, without firing or emissions.

We protect our tiles from the inside and thus achieve microcement floors with a polished cement appearance and perfect surface protection.

Polished concrete

All of our concrete tiles are distinct due to their natural shades. Thanks to this, we can create floor and wall tiles with a markedly natural character.

The process of hardening naturally causes each tile to acquire its own unique appearance. After pressing, the irregular evaporation of water gives the tiles their natural strength and color.

In the final finishing process, once the acrylic protection has hardened, we polish the pieces one by one using an orbital machine. A very characteristic shine with nuances left by this type of finish allows the natural effect of polished concrete.

Concrete tiles & Concrete walls

Cement is a versatile material; hence its use in architecture is widespread. You can combine cement with many natural materials such as stone, wood, or metal.

Cement mixed with various stones and water forms concrete. Concrete is a living material that changes over time, so it changes its brightness and texture.

To manufacture our tiles, we have developed a polished cement that shows the natural beauty of concrete. Thanks to a balanced mix of stone and cement, we achieve a natural look and high strength.
